What year did you become a PGA Professional?

What was your motivation?

I began working in the golf business when I was 14 and I grew to love coming to work everyday. I became a PGA professional because I wanted to spend my career growing the game and making the experience of playing golf more enjoyable for others.

How do you believe you are enhancing the game of golf?

We have a growing junior golf program and various player development programs at Woodhill Country Club. In addition, I am actively involved with Minnesota PGA Growth of the Game and Junior Golf committees. We offer a number of free instructional opportunities for people to learn the game of golf.

What is your greatest moment in golf?

My first hole-in-one on the third hole at Fox Hollow Course.

Who has had the greatest impact on your career?

There are a number of great PGA professionals who have directly and indirectly impacted my career, but Paul Kelley has continuously influenced me as a golf Professional.

When you are not golfing, how do you like to spend your day?

Outside of golf I enjoy spending time with my family and watching other sports.

If you could play any course in the world, which one and who would you play with?

I would love to play Augusta National with my fiancé, brother, and dad.

Thank you CJ for all you’ve done for the Minnesota PGA Section over the years.
