Tim Brovold

2007

What was your motivation?

To be around the people I love serving everyday.

How do you believe you are enhancing the game of golf?

By trying to do ordinary things, extraordinary well. Teaching new golfers both juniors and adults how to enjoy the game through instruction and programs. I want to make a positive impact on the lives of each person that walks through the door.

What is your greatest moment in golf?

Realizing there is more to golf then just working and playing. It’s really about the experience and the relationships you build throughout your career that really will last forever.

Who has had the greatest impact on your career?

Tim Anderson and Dick Tollette.

When you are not golfing, how do you like to spend your day?

I enjoy entertaining friends and family, as well as watching football and basketball.

If you could play any course in the world, which one and who would you play with?

Everyone says Augusta National but I’ll go with Cape Kidnappers in New Zealand with my wife, dad, and Charles Barkley.

Thank you Tim for all you’ve done for the Minnesota PGA Section over the years.
