Year turned pro?

1993

What was your motivation to become a PGA Professional?

True love of the game. I went from the investment field to an industry where people were in a much better mood.

How are you growing the game of golf?

We try to energize young and older golfers making their experience a positive one. Anything we can do to make the game easier is our goal at Riverwood.

What was your greatest moment in golf?

Playing golf with my father, nephew and my son Trey. I look forward to each round we all play together.

Who has had the greatest impact on your career?

Without question my Father Bill, he taught me to always try to smile and truly appreciate others around me and Don Waryan taught me the golf business!

Besides golf, what else do you enjoy?

I love shooting baskets and spending any time with my son. Watching him get excited about everyday things is a treat.

If you could play any course in the world, which one would it be and who would complete your foursome?

Augusta, I would love to play with my son there. This past year Jeff Drimel let us play Medina and Trey asked wide eyed “Dad, is this what Augusta is like?”

Please list any accomplishments (Awards, certifications, and tournaments)

PGA Junior Golf Leader, Horton Smith Award and snuck in a few wins here and there over the years.
